Also, after Xcode actually downloads the app on the personal phone, the app freezes when you click outside of it on the iPhone. It gets an ebony screen and closes immediately. The above issue occurs when you try to use an iPad device.
Using an Xcode console connected to a good iPhone, I see a result error when I try to manually launch your current app.Suggestion: (not sure if this approach means anything)
